Old picture of Carin
I found this old picture of my daughter Carin and love it. She might kill me for posting this but I love it! I took this image years ago with an old p&s shoot digital camera.

MY FATHER IN LAWS BIG SEND OFF
My father-in-law passed away earlier this year and his final wishes was to have family and friends come up to his childhood summer home and to have his ashes spread over the lake. So they built a rocket and sent him off.

Last couple of weeks
It is be kind of busy for me the last couple of weeks. I got new business cards, new Christmas card, plus all the holiday excitement. (That is why I have not been able to post anything.)

I really like the new cards.
Here is the Christmas card. (I think I did a great job at capturing my daughter's persona) I have gotten a lot of positive feedback.

My little girl Carin.
My little girl Carin was such a good girl this week. On Tuesday she had several odontomasremoved from the left side of her mouth. They are all because of the neurofibromatosis that she has. (she got it from me)
Here is a picture of her trying to punch my crackberry before her surgery.

Carin was so brave. This was not just minor oral surgery. They had to do this in an OR at Children's Hospital.
Carin has a couple more follow ups to make sure everything is healing ok. (So far so good)
That is why I am donating 10% of all of my photography income to www.ctf.org

more images from our trip to NY

These first two images are of the Strong National Museum of Play. The hotel were wse stayed gave us free passes. Carin had so much fun. (It is the perfect place for a hyper-active kid to go)

That afternoon, we went to the cemetery to see Tiffany's family plot. (plus I did some scoping and found this cross that was screaming to be photographed.)

Two more images from my hike around Rochester.

An old restaurant that Tiffany's family use to love. They are now closed. (Otherwise we would have had chinese atleast twice while out ther)

And no trip to Rochester would be complete without a trip to Parkleigh

Rochester, NY
My family just got back from a long weekend in Rochester , NY. It was a very nice weekend and we enjoyed it a lot. My wife got to see some old friends that she has not seen in years.
I did get a chance to take some personal images while I was there and here are my two favorite so far.

They are both of the Chase building in downtown Rochester. (more images to follow)
